We currently ship orders within Australia and selected international locations. This policy outlines how we handle shipping, delivery, and related timeframes.

2. Processing Times

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days from the date of purchase (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak periods or new product launches, dispatch times may be slightly extended.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery estimates vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method:

- **Standard Shipping (Australia):** 3–7 business days  
- **Express Shipping (Australia):** 1–3 business days  
- **New Zealand:** 5–10 business days  
- **Other International Orders:** 7–21 business days (subject to carrier delays)

These timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and local delivery conditions.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. We offer:
- Free standard shipping in Australia on orders over $100 AUD
- Flat-rate and express options at checkout

5. Tracking & Notifications

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update.

6. Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@orno.au and we’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue. If an item is marked “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with your local post office or building manager first.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For orders outside Australia, you may be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country. These are not included in our prices and must be paid by the recipient.

8. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
