We want you to be happy with your purchase from Orno. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
This policy outlines how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
We accept change-of-mind returns for unused products within 14 days of delivery, provided:
- The item is in original, unopened packaging
- It is in resellable condition
- You can provide proof of purchase
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or significantly not as described, you're entitled to a refund or replacement under Australian Consumer Law.
Please email us at hello@orno.au within 7 days of receiving the item with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the product and packaging (if damaged)
We will assess your request and arrange a refund, replacement, or store credit where appropriate.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued.
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to swap a product, please request a return and place a new order once the original item is approved for refund.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
We cannot accept returns on:
- Opened cables or chargers that have been used
- Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
- Gift cards
